Tenant data is accessed within scoped database transactions. Forced PostgreSQL Row-Level Security applies tenant isolation in the database. These are architectural controls, not a claim of external certification.
Permissions follow the work.
Product actions check permissions. Membership can be scoped to warehouses, and API keys provide a distinct integration access path. Assign only the permissions your team and integrations need.
The stock record stays traceable.
Inventory quantities change through an append-only movement ledger. Mutating commands use idempotency keys, and supported events are written with the command in the same transaction.
Files stay behind authorization.
Production file storage is private. Authorized access uses signed URLs with limited lifetimes. Access revocation is not instantaneous for a URL already issued; confirm the current access window before handling sensitive material.
What to confirm before going live.
NextStock is in early access. No SOC 2 or ISO certification, uptime SLA, recovery objective or independent penetration-test claim is made here. Confirm backup and recovery procedures, data region, support arrangements and contractual terms for your rollout.
